Log into your DoubleWoot account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the Return Authorization slip is included inside the parcel to avoid processing delays.
Ship the Parcel
Drop off your package at any authorized courier service provider and retain your tracking number for reference until the return is confirmed.
Receive Store Credit
Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, a store credit will be issued to your account within 3-5 business days.
